Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website s-h-e.me (gsoond.com redirects there), to purchases of digital content and subscriptions made through it ("SHE for you"), to bookings of paid workshops and events (e.g. SHE EATS, SHE SINGS), and to access to the SHE Portal (my.gsoond.com), which customers receive after a purchase, a booking or via "Get it for free". They apply to all visitors of the website as well as to customers who make a booking or use the SHE Portal. Individual contractual agreements, for example within B2B or municipal partnerships, take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.

Description of Services

s-h-e.me is the website of gsoond gmbh for the SHE programmes (including SHE EATS, SHE SINGS, SHE LOVES, SHE KNOWS, SHE JOURNEY). Through the website we provide information about our offerings, provide free supporting features (e.g. SHE asks, the protein/fibre calculator), sell digital content (recipe collections, courses, magazines, audio and video files) and subscriptions (SHE EATS, SHE JOURNEY), and enable the online booking of paid workshops and events with a fixed date. No prior registration is required for a purchase; the customer account in the SHE Portal is created with the purchase.

The information and features provided on s-h-e.me serve general information and support purposes. They do not replace an individual medical examination, diagnosis or treatment, unless such a service has been expressly agreed (see also the medical disclaimer in our Imprint).

SHE Portal — Access and Use

Customers who have purchased, booked or requested a service via "Get it for free" receive access to the SHE Portal (my.gsoond.com), our protected customer area. Purchased content, invoices and subscriptions are kept there. Login is via a login link sent to the email address provided, without a password.

In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the following applies to Portal access:

• Login credentials must be treated as confidential and must not be shared with third parties. If you suspect unauthorised access, please inform us immediately at impressum@gsoond.com.
• We may restrict or suspend access if these Terms and Conditions are violated or there is reasonable suspicion of misuse.
• Portal access does not end automatically after participating in a single workshop. It remains in place until you request deletion of your access or we end it for good cause.

Permitted Use

The website and its features must not be used to

• violate applicable law,
• circumvent security measures or technically attack the system,
• distribute malicious software,
• infringe the copyright or trademark rights of third parties,
• knowingly provide false or abusive information, for example when making a booking.

In case of misuse, for example automated bulk requests to our AI-supported features, we may restrict access (see also our Privacy Policy, section "Server Logs").

Free Features (SHE asks, protein/fibre calculator)

These features support you with general information and are generated using artificial intelligence. They serve exclusively as support and do not replace individual professional or medical assessment. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed by a qualified person before important decisions. Details on data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Booking, Prices and Payment

Paid workshops and events can be booked directly at /en/appointments; digital content and subscriptions can be purchased on the product pages. All prices shown are final prices in euros, including statutory VAT. Limited-time promotional prices apply until the stated date; afterwards the regular price applies.

After filling out the booking or purchase form, you will be redirected to our payment provider Stripe for payment processing. There, the amount to be paid is shown again; by completing payment on the Stripe checkout page, you place an order with an obligation to pay. Stripe's own terms of use apply in addition.

The booking or purchase becomes binding once payment has been successfully completed; you will receive a confirmation with the invoice by email afterwards.

Conclusion of Contract and Right of Withdrawal

The contract for participation in a workshop or event, for digital content or for a subscription is concluded once payment has been successfully completed.

As the booked services are leisure-related services for which the contract provides a specific date, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, pursuant to Section 18(1)(10) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz, FAGG).

Digital Content — No Right of Withdrawal with Immediate Delivery

Recipe collections, courses, magazines and audio and video files are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. They are made available to you in the SHE Portal immediately after payment.

Before the purchase you expressly request this immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Pursuant to Section 18(1)(11) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG) there is therefore no 14-day right of withdrawal once we have begun delivery. We confirm your consent and acknowledgement in the purchase confirmation email.

The reason is simple: a recipe, a course or a magazine cannot be returned after reading. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected — if something does not work, please contact us.

Subscriptions (SHE EATS, SHE JOURNEY)

A subscription starts with the first payment and renews for the chosen billing period (month or year) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current period, in the SHE Portal with one click; periods already paid are not refunded pro rata.

For subscriptions we do not ask you to waive the right of withdrawal. You may therefore withdraw from the subscription within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving reasons (Section 11 FAGG). An unambiguous statement suffices, for example an email to hello@gsoond.com; sending it in time is enough to meet the deadline. In the event of withdrawal we refund the payment received within 14 days using the same means of payment.

Intellectual Property

Texts, images and other content on s-h-e.me and in the SHE Portal are protected by copyright. Purchased digital content may be used for your own private purposes; login credentials and content must not be passed on to third parties. Reproduction, publication or commercial distribution is only permitted with the prior consent of gsoond gmbh. Further information can be found in our Imprint.

Availability

We make every effort to keep the website and its features continuously available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, for example due to maintenance work or dependence on external services (including Stripe). Statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.

Liability and Warranty

We are liable only for intent or gross negligence, as well as within the scope of mandatory statutory provisions, in particular for personal injury and within the scope of the Austrian Product Liability Act. Statutory warranty rights of consumers remain unaffected.

Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy. Data protection and these Terms and Conditions are separate documents.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions where this is necessary for legal, technical or organisational reasons. For bookings and purchases already concluded, the Terms and Conditions valid at the time the contract was concluded apply.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
